Valley Bomb Recordz is the independent record label formed by Jimmy Fresh, Prince Aceop and Dickie Sweetnutz with the purpose of handling, promoting and distributing 187 Squad music. It spawned in 1996 in Bermuda Dunes during the crew's senior year in high school. Since that time, the label has expanded to include film projects.

VB has been courted by media conglomerates since its inception, with promises of many million dollars for its rights. VB's founders have always scoffed at the notion, as the label is a cash cow that seems to always be gaining momentum.
